المدير المشارك للبرمجة المتعددة اللغات

Meet داني.

يقود البرمجة والترجمة باللغة الإسبانية حتى تصل موارد JAMUN إلى الطلاب الذين لغتهم الأولى ليست الإنجليزية.

JAMUN students in committee — a stand-in for Dany's work

What داني does at JAMUN.

I co-lead JAMUN's multilingual programming with Bella. Together we make sure that a student whose first language is Spanish never has to choose between competing well and feeling at home in the room. That means translated curriculum, bilingual coaches, and conferences where parents can ask real questions in the language they live in.

Multilingual programming isn't a checkbox — it's a promise that the door is actually open. My job is making sure that promise holds at every step, from the first email home to the closing-ceremony gavel.

Translation is the easy part. Belonging is the work.

What داني spends time on.

The work behind the role. Four areas where most of the hours go.

Spanish curriculum

Translating and adapting every training doc, packet, and rubric.

Family outreach

Communicating with parents in their first language, not ours.

Partner schools

Building relationships with Spanish-speaking schools and educators.

Multilingual events

Running bilingual practices and committees that feel native, not translated.
