The Junior Assembly of the Model United Nations (JAMUN) is a premier Model UN conference designed to empower middle school students across the nation. As a leading platform for young diplomats, JAMUN equips students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in high school Model UN and beyond.
Over the course of two dynamic days, delegates engage in rigorous debate on both historical and contemporary global issues, sharpening their abilities in public speaking, leadership, and collaboration. At JAMUN, we don’t just prepare the next generation of Model UN leaders—we inspire the changemakers of tomorrow.
JAMUN's first conference in October 2024 was a smashing success. With two committees, a General Assembly and an Ad Hoc Crisis Committee, our staff did a great job teaching and fostering inspiration in JAMUN I delegates.
In April, JAMUN II is expanding to five committees, creating opportunities to discuss more issues. Here, the best and brightest young minds will create innovative solutions to global problems, all the while learning about congressional procedure and debate etiquette.
JAMUN is partnering with Keep A Breast Foundation for JAMUN II. KAB is devoted to the reduction of bresat cancer risk and is committed to making an impact globally though art, education, prevention, and action.
